Valina Amsterdam

In 2014 the Valina office building has been completely renovated. The facade features new glass walls with which offers an open and transparent appearance. The technical installations of the building have been completely renewed and solar panels were installed on the roof. Three extra voids are created thereby improving the usability of the basement and the mezzanine. The lighting in the halls, stairways and corridors are Meson pro C LED surface mounted downlights. With the refurbishments to the building Valina meets the most stringent sustainability requirements and has an energy A-label.
