Being Development, developer of sustainable and commercial real estate realized The Pavillion in cooperation with All-In Real Estate and architectural firm Powerhouse Company in 2016. The Pavillion office at the South Axis in Amsterdam is located at the Fred. Roeskestraat that conducts large redevelopments. It is a high-quality and functional building where a “creative multi-business center” for Maker Street has opened their doors. The building is realized entirely turnkey in a construction period of 8 months. Herman de Groot Engineers created the engineering design and implementation guidance. The modern sustainable building was provided Atomis Fusion LED luminaires with daylight sensors.
