PROJECT FUGRO NOOTDORP (HQ)
Commissioned by Den Doorn as the main contractor, in collaboration with Cepezed and Deerns, we had the opportunity to contribute to a future-proof and well-thought-out headquarters. The process was characterized by short lines of communication, mutual trust, and the opportunity to brainstorm together throughout the various stages, ensuring we knew exactly what all parties truly wanted.
Within this project, fixtures were used with a focus on sustainability, quality, and reuse. By being involved from an early stage, we were able to respond flexibly to requirements and optimizations within the design and implementation.

PROJECT DPG MEDIA
A sustainable icon in Amsterdam – DPG Media’s new home base in Mediavaert! We look back with pride on our contribution to the impressive new headquarters of DPG Media in Amsterdam. With a surface area of 46,000 m², this is not only an architectural masterpiece, but also one of the largest wooden hybrid office buildings in Europe. In this all-wood building, the construction remained visible – even after the installation of the ceilings. Thanks to Interalu’s flexible ceiling solution (SAPP ceiling), it was possible to easily integrate elements such as our lighting (Sirio-SAPP) plug & play. The Atomis Sirio SAPP fixtures, in combination with the SAPP ceiling islands, made an important contribution to achieving the BREEAM certificate: Outstanding. A circular, sustainable and visually impressive project – a great step towards the future. We are proud of our collaboration on this special project and thank Interalu and Besix for the pleasant collaboration!
PROJECT CROSSOVER
In the Amsterdam neighborhood of Kop Zuidas stands Crossover, a modern complex that perfectly combines work, living, and relaxation. Located on the corner of the A10 South exit and Europaboulevard, Crossover offers 11,000 m² of office space and 130 starter homes.
The building has achieved BREEAM-NL Outstanding and WELL certifications, emphasizing the focus on sustainability and well-being. Atomis contributed by supplying fixtures specifically manufactured to fit perfectly into the Inteco climate ceiling panels.

PROJECT KUNSTMUSEUM DEN HAAG
“The Kunstmuseum is a modern palace for the arts. Step into an enchanting building, wander through magnificent halls, and discover that one artwork that touches you personally.”
In collaboration with the Kunstmuseum Den Haag, we were able to deliver various custom projects, such as special spotlights for museums. The beautiful “Berlage” building features many original Berlage and Polak lighting fixtures that are not only functional but also part of the collection. Atomis has equipped these fixtures with modern LED and Smart Lighting technologies #customization.
Additionally, our Zumo 60 spotlight was used in various exhibitions. This spotlight features special characteristics including high-quality LED, a special zoom lens, and various dimming options, such as on-fixture dimming, DALI, or Casambi.

PROJECT NATURALIS
Atomis supplied the lighting for all laboratories and stairwells/platforms for Naturalis. Fixtures used: Fusion-K climate ceiling fixtures, Corona 290 wall fixtures, and Meson Pro-C surface-mounted fixtures. Involved partners: – Huisman & van Muijen installation consultants – IC ULC-Kuijpers installation technology.
PROJECT KRINKELS HEADQUARTERS BREDA
Krinkels is a total contractor in the fields of Green, Infra, Water, and Sport. Sustainable quality management and professional design of public spaces in the Netherlands. For the new headquarters in Breda, Atomis supplied Fusion-K linear LED fixtures integrated into Integra’s climate ceilings.
In collaboration with Paul de Ruiter Architects, consultancy DWA, installer TES installation technology, and ceiling specialist Integra, a magnificent project has been realized here!

PROJECT KUNSTMUSEUM DEN HAAG, POLAK RETROFIT
Kunstmuseum Den Haag, Polak fixtures. Commissioned by the Kunstmuseum Den Haag, we provided input and lighting advice for the renewal of the “Polak fixtures” in the museum. Specifically for this project, we devised a custom solution to give the current fixtures the same look as originally intended, but with the latest LED technologies. To achieve this, we designed and developed a complete interior in combination with Casambi to meet all the requirements of the various exhibitions. The artworks shown are by the German artist Wiebke Siem (1954) and are part of her solo exhibition “Hot Skillet Mama” at Kunstmuseum Den Haag.
PROJECT ACCELERATOR UTRECHT
Kadans Science Partner developed the Accelerator building at the Utrecht Science Park. Accelerator is a multi-functional building, including office and laboratory functions for scale-up companies in the knowledge-intensive sectors of Life Sciences, Health, Food, and High Tech.
In collaboration with BAM Special Projects, we had the opportunity to work on the wonderful Accelerator project in Utrecht. For this project, we supplied many different fixtures for various spaces, including offices, corridors, the atrium, and stairwells.
Specifically for this project, we were able to adapt our Fusion-K to the client’s requirements, such as different dimensions, integrated sensors, and emergency lighting.

PROJECT ASICS
In March 2019, ASICS opened its new EMEA headquarters, designed to reflect the “A Sound Mind in a Sound Body” philosophy and promote the physical and mental well-being of its employees. The new office in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands, is designed to encourage movement and reduce stress through space, light, and natural materials, as well as fitness and wellness facilities. At the heart of the ASICS atrium is a three-dimensional showcase displaying all ASICS brands, serving as a stage, meeting room, and design center.
The building was designed in collaboration with CBRE, RED Company, and Powerhouse Company, and has achieved LEED/WELL Gold Building Standard certification to ensure a sustainable and healthy environment for all employees.
