At Atomis, you will work on exceptional lighting projects within the world of architectural lighting.

With a small and dedicated team, you will realize commercial projects where design, technology, and experience converge. You will advise clients on (custom) lighting solutions from the initial idea to final realization. After all, high-quality lighting has a direct impact on users, visitors, and the overall look and feel of a building.

Atomis B.V. is an innovative company specialized in developing, advising on, and supplying LED lighting fixtures for professional environments. With a focus on sustainability, lighting comfort, and aesthetics, we create unique lighting solutions for diverse projects, ranging from architectural spaces to functional office buildings. Production and assembly take place in the Netherlands. With over 35 years of experience and a motivated team, we work in an informal and collegial atmosphere on high-end custom products.

What will you be doing?

In this role, you will support the sales team and grow step-by-step into an independent account manager position. You will be involved in the entire process: from inquiry to delivery and aftercare. Additionally, you will actively build your own network and contribute to expanding our client base. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the preparation and follow-up of quotations
  • Actively pursuing acquisition and generating new business
  • Visiting existing and new client relations
  • Collaborating with engineering to develop project solutions
  • Managing projects from start to finish
  • Identifying and capitalizing on commercial opportunities

What do you bring to the table?

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn colleague with a commercial drive and an interest in technology and design.
  • You have an interest in light, lighting design, and lighting control (DALI/NFC is a plus)
  • You have strong communication skills and gain energy from client contact
  • You are a driven salesperson who knows how to inspire clients
  • You can take responsibility for projects from A to Z
  • You have a proactive and independent work ethic
  • You have an affinity for (electrical) engineering and/or design
  • Experience in the lighting industry or the project market is a major plus
  • Good command of the Dutch language
