Project: Daalsesingel 71, Utrecht

For the project at Daalsesingel 71 in Utrecht, Atomis was commissioned to provide lighting for various spaces within the building. This includes the offices, sanitary facilities, traffic areas, and general public spaces. A project where functionality, appearance, and continuity were central.

A special feature of this project is that the existing suspended ceiling has been retained. This required customization. All fixtures have been specially adapted to this ceiling, taking into account dimensions, suspension and the applied RAL color. This ensures that the fixtures seamlessly connect to the existing architecture and technology, without compromising on light quality or comfort.

For the top floor, the same fixture was chosen, but implemented as a pendant fixture. With the same lighting technology and the same appearance, a consistent look and feel has been realized throughout the building. This ensures peace, recognisability and unity in the design, despite the different applications per floor.

The result is a clear, comfortable and coherent lighting concept that matches the function of the building and is prepared for long-term use.
