Newomij, Naarden

For Newomij B.V. in Naarden, the existing office building was thoroughly renovated and transformed into a modern, sustainable, and energy-efficient office in 2017. Newomij is a large private real estate company active in real estate exploitation, real estate financing, homeowners’ association management, and insurance brokerage. A future-proof working environment was the starting point.

Together with Fokkema & Partners Architecten, a clear and contemporary design has been realized in which comfort, flexibility, and sustainability come together. HORI Raadgevend Ingenieursbureau B.V. provided the technical advice, with a focus on energy performance and indoor climate. The execution was in the hands of Building Services, who carefully translated the design into practice.

Atomis Fusion-K climate ceiling luminaires were used within this project. These energy-efficient LED light lines are integrated into the climate ceiling and combine lighting and comfort in one solution. The result is an even, pleasant light experience with low energy consumption and a sleek ceiling appearance.

The end result is a future-oriented office that fits with the ambitions of Newomij: sustainable, comfortable, and ready for the next phase of growth and development.
