Vacancy: All-round Logistics Employee & Box-truck Driver

No two days are the same. One day you load project deliveries for a large office project, the next you handle a transport to a customer site or support work in the warehouse. Thanks to your efforts, our customers, installers and assembly partners always have the right materials on time.

What will you do?

In the warehouse you process incoming and outgoing goods, load and unload trucks, pick and gather project materials and check deliveries for quantities and quality. You manage stock and warehouse locations and keep the warehouse clear, safe and organised.

You are also regularly on the road with our company box-truck. You deliver materials and luminaires to project sites, assembly companies and customer locations throughout the Netherlands and Belgium, load and secure the goods safely and handle urgent deliveries when needed. You register and administratively process transports and deliveries.

You also coordinate deliveries with customers and project teams, keep in touch about planning and receipt, spot logistical bottlenecks and think along about solutions and the planning of transports.

Who are we looking for?

You enjoy variety, are practically minded and like working with colleagues in the warehouse as well as being independently on the road. You have MBO (secondary vocational) working and thinking level, a category B driving licence (required), a good command of Dutch and an affinity with technology. A sense of responsibility, a proactive attitude and a customer-oriented, collegial approach come naturally to you. Living in the Hoofddorp region is a plus — as is a forklift certificate, although that is not a requirement.

What do we offer?

A varied role with plenty of independence within a small, committed team, with short lines of communication and an informal atmosphere. You receive a good salary (depending on knowledge and experience), a full-time position with the prospect of a permanent contract, a pension scheme, a travel allowance and a Christmas package. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 17:00 and Friday from 08:30 to 16:00.
