In a hotel, lighting is about more than visibility. It is about atmosphere, comfort and a warm welcome - the light has to put guests at ease and give every space an inviting feel.

Light that puts guests at ease

From the lobby and lounge to the corridors and guest rooms, the light had to feel pleasant and calm everywhere. The challenge was to provide comfortable, low-glare light that reinforces the warm, hospitable atmosphere of Hyatt Place without drawing attention to itself.

The Meson round 100 FT

The choice fell on the Meson round 100 FT: a compact downlight with a flat trim that delivers comfortable, low-glare light and sits neatly and discreetly in the ceiling. Thanks to its high light quality and calm appearance, the luminaire supports the ambiance - exactly what a welcoming hospitality environment calls for.

Proud of a project in our own city

The fact that this project is in Hoofddorp makes it all the more valuable to us. From our own neighbourhood, we were able to contribute to the lighting experience of Hyatt Place - a hotel where guests feel welcome from the very first moment.
