In healthcare, light has to do two things at once: create an environment in which people feel at ease, and help care providers carry out their work precisely. For Westerlicht that meant comfortable, low-glare lighting with a high colour rendering.

Comfort and function in balance

Soft, even lighting brings calm to waiting areas, corridors and treatment rooms, while a high colour rendering ensures that colours and details can be assessed reliably. In this way the lighting contributes to both patient wellbeing and the quality of care.
