Keukenhof Entreegebouw
At Keukenhof's new entrance building, light welcomes visitors even before the floral splendour begins. In a public space where large flows of people gather every day, lighting has to be inviting and clear, while blending discreetly into the architecture.

An entrance building is the first impression of a destination. At Keukenhof that meant a lighting scheme that makes the space open and welcoming, guides visitors the right way by itself and stays comfortable even at full occupancy.
Light for a busy welcome
For the general lighting the Fusion-M 600x600 square was chosen, a clean recessed luminaire that delivers even, low-glare light in the tall entrance hall. Accents and transitions are handled by the Meson Square 180 Cardanic, which can be aimed precisely, and the Meson round 190 matt satinized, whose satin finish spreads the light softly. In the wet and outdoor zones, the Meson round 220 Aqua provides reliable, water-resistant lighting.

This project was realised in pleasant collaboration with Clemens Lichtadvies, who created the lighting design for the entrance building.
